Thte review of the percentage of impacted maxillary incisors that successfully erupt after surgical removal of supernumerary teeth included 15 studies. With the exception of one study all were retrospective with meta-analysis indicating a mean eruption success of 57.6% (95%CI; 47.8 to 67.0%). However the certainty of the evidence is very low to low.

This review comparing the effectiveness of different surgical methods for peri-implantitis included 13 parallel group RCTs. However, a wide variety of interventions were tested and the studies were generally small providing very low certainty evidence. Consequently additional high quality well reported studies are needed.

This review of the effectiveness of locally delivered adjunctive antibiotic treatment during periodontal surgery on clinical outcomes included 9 RCTs. While the findings suggested that adjunctive locally delivered antibiotics could improve some clinical sutcomes they evidence was limited and of very low certainty.

15 systematic reviews were included in this review of teh treament and management of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ). The reviews only identified weak evidence to support treatment protocols for MRONJ so high quality well reported RCTs are needed.
