Zoe Stoneley
Zoe is a Senior Community Mental Health Nurse with a BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing from the University of the West of England, as well as participating in MSc level study. She is currently working as a care co-ordinator in a community mental health team in Gloucester, working with people with severe and enduring mental illness. Zoe is also a university visiting lecturer and has a keen interest in nurse education. Zoe’s main areas of clinical interest include recovery-focused practice, improving the physical health of people with serious mental illness, working with people with complex emotional needs and supporting carers. Zoe has experience of working in a variety of clinical settings, including a prison, adult acute, low-secure and psychiatric intensive care. Her interests include smoking cessation, parity of esteem, nursing, complex trauma and personality disorders, supporting families and carers and recovery-focused practice.
