Udita completed her PhD from University College London and is currently a project manager in the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is overseeing a randomised controlled trial comparing intensive mental health intervention versus usual social care in Looked After Children. Dr. Iyengar is also a visiting lecturer at Roehampton University, and her academic interest include attachment, early childhood development, and the neurobiology of maternal behaviours.
