Svenja is currently working as a research associate and doctoral student at the PRODO Research Group at LMU University Hospital in Munich. Her thesis focuses on the evaluation and implementation of an online preventive intervention for children whose parents are affected by depression. She holds a Master’s degree in psychology and has worked in different areas of research, including psychological interventions for asylum seekers and a panel study on family relationships. Svenja is interested in transgenerational transmission of mental illness, the impact of parenting on child mental health and digital interventions for vulnerable families.
