Stephen is an inpatient Psychiatrist in the Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital, he is the TPD for Core Psychiatry in Northern Ireland, chairs the Informatics Group of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in NI, and has a special interest in ECT.
