I am research fellow on Project PERFECT. My research addresses issues in the philosophy of mind, epistemology and philosophy of cognitive science. In particular, I am interested in implicit cognition, implicit bias and the nature of the implicit/explicit distinction. Another aspect of my research addresses confabulation and related explanation-giving behaviours in both clinical and non-clinical contexts, with a view to understanding the associated costs and benefits.
