With knowledge of a range of wellbeing interventions, Ruby's interests have focused particularly around mindfulness and self-compassion as key approaches to improving mental health, broader wellbeing, and personal growth. Ruby has conducted and written multiple research projects, which have deepened her understanding of wellbeing strategies. Ruby is passionate about the opportunity to bring positive psychology into clinical practice; to broaden the way we think about mental health and wellbeing, and increase accessibility to better quality support. Ruby is interested in positive psychology, alternative psychological treatment, women's mental health and neurodiversity.
