Dr Philippa Clery is currently an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow at University College London. Her research is in the fields of intersection between mental health, public health and the environment, focussing on the wider determinants of health and inequalities. She previously held positions at The University of Bristol as an Elizabeth Blackwell Clinical Primer Fellow with the School of Psychological Sciences, researching the association between attachment in early life and mental health outcomes in adolescents and young people, and as an Academic Foundation Doctor with the Centre for Child Health, researching Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) in children and young adults. She also writes about impacts of climate change on mental health.
