Norah Essali is a fifth year medical student at the University of Kalamoon in Syria. She was born in the United Kingdom but lived, happily until the recent crisis, in Damascus, Syria all her life. She was introduced to the world of EBM a couple of years ago which motivated her to contribute to the founding of the Students For Best Evidence community ( www.students4bestevidence.net ). Norah hopes to pursue a career in Psychiatry after med school.
