Natalie is a research fellow at mHabitat (http://wearemhabitat.com) - an NHS hosted organisation which supports people-centred digital innovation in health and care. A neuroscientist by training, she has worked in multidisciplinary research teams on a variety of topics, ranging from basic research to clinical implementation. While initially focussed on brain imaging, she has recently become fascinated with mobile health. She is currently designing and testing an evaluation framework for mobile health tools.
Natalie Nelissen from mHabitat publishes her debut elf blog on a recent systematic review of mental health apps for young people, which highlights the current dearth of reliable research to support the efficacy and safety of mobile apps.
