Before joining the LeDeR Programme Laura was a researcher at The King’s Fund, where she worked on projects relating to a wide range of health and social care policy issues. Laura has experience of operational and strategic NHS management roles gained as part of the NHS management training scheme, where she gained an MSc in Leadership for Service Improvement from the University of Birmingham. Laura also holds an MSc in Social Research from Birkbeck (University of London) and a BSc (Hons) in Social Policy from the University of Bristol.
