Jeremy is an Assistant Psychologist at Waltham Forest Refugee Psychological Therapy Service NELFT NHS. Jeremy’s diverse roles in research, youth work, 3rd sector, HR consultancy, and coach-mentoring have fuelled his passion for advancing accessibility of mental health education, promoting equal opportunity, and peer support through fostering EDI communities. He has been actively involved in national awareness campaigns, policy conferences, and peer support initiatives aimed at improving mental health outcomes across diverse communities. Jeremy has a wealth of experience working with various populations, incl. children and young people, neurodivergent, and community groups. Jeremy's interests include social determinants of health inequalities, neurodiversity, alexithymia, emotional regulation, community psychology, EDI, peer support, prevention, suicide, trauma/PTSD, racialised groups, regugee and migrant mental health, male mental health and psychological interventions.
