Henry Aughterson
Henry studied Medicine and completed a BSc in Global Health, and is now doing a PhD around the evaluation of Social Prescribing and innovative models of General Practice, at UCL. He has a background working with community organisations helping undocumented migrants and refugees access healthcare services, and working in education within schools around gender equality. He is Vice-lead of the National Social Prescribing Student Champion Scheme, and an Early Career Researcher at the MARCH network, and creator of the MARCH Network podcast. His keen interests are: community assets for mental health, social prescribing, personalised care, and innovative models of General Practice. Henry is an avid reader especially of historical fictions, runs marathons, and looks to cook!
