Yes, please update to University of Exeter and text as follows: Helen is a Professor of Child Psychology and a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow. She completed her PhD and postdoctoral training at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Helen joined the University of Exeter Medical School in 2021. Her research examines risk factors that underpin the development of anxiety disorders in children with a view to designing interventions to prevent anxiety. Helen’s latest research examines whether increasing children's opportunities for adventurous play can decrease their risk for anxiety. Helen has also received research funding from the Australian Research Council, Royal Society, British Academy and The Kavli Foundation and she previously held an ESRC Future Research Leaders grant.
