Gaj Panagoda
Dr Gaj Panagoda is a community-based medical specialist in the area of complex paediatric disability. System improvement is a core part of his management approach. His background as a physiotherapist facilitates a collaborative model of care. He is the Lead Paediatrician at the Institute For Urban Indigenous Health, where the team provides paediatric and disability services across 20 Aboriginal Health Clinics. His private practice, Superkid Rehab, works closely with local communities to provide sustainable healthcare solutions. Dr Gaj is an adjunct associate professor at the University of Queensland and he is completing a Master of Business Administration to better understand integrated health care.
