Francesca Pozzoli is a PhD candidate in Sociology and Methodology of Social Research at the University of Milan. Her research interests include welfare states’ transformations, social policy, social care, social work, personalisation and cash-for-care. Francesca is currently based at the Personal Social Services Research Unit (PSSRU) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as visiting researcher.
