Caroline has worked in a variety of NHS roles in health services research and library and knowledge services for 22 years, in commissioning, primary and secondary care settings as well as working on national projects. Caroline is Knowledge Management Consultant at NHS Digital. She was previously a knowledge specialist in the Health Economics, Evidence and Evaluation Service at Yorkshire and Humber Commissioning Support and at Bradford and Airedale PCT and has an interest in knowledge management and evidence-based practice.
