I currently work as a psychological wellbeing practitioner where I assess and treat common health problems in adults 16+ using guided self-help techniques taken from CBT. I have previous experience working as an assistant psychologist within an LD CAMHS team, focusing on using positive behaviour support plans to aid parents in improving their child’s behaviour and sleep in addition to supporting children with their mental health using a range of CBT techniques. I have a keen interest in youth mental health, specifically the effects social media has on young people.
