Bo Hu is a research officer in the Personal Social Services Research Unit (PSSRU) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where he has been a faculty member since 2010. Bo completed his PhD in international economics at Nankai University in 2009 and PhD in social policy at LSE in 2013. His main research interests include long-term care financing, demand and provision of unpaid care, and mental health of older people. He has been actively collaborating with researchers in other disciplines to examine the economic and social consequences of long-term care reforms.
