Anabelle is pursuing an MSc by Research in Psychiatry at the University of Oxford. Prior to her graduate studies, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in Neuroscience with a secondary qualification in English literature. She additionally received a US Fulbright Research Grant to Sweden, where she conducted psychiatric epidemiology research at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Karolinska Institutet. Anabelle’s research has primarily focused on the association between post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and subsequent violence-related outcomes using national register data, and more broadly, her research interests include population mental health and social health equity.
