Akansha is currently a PhD candidate at the University College Dublin, School of Psychology. Her research interests surround body image disturbances and sensory processing in individuals with and without eating disorders. Akansha is also very interested in research focusing substance misuse and harm reduction, as well as understanding the associations between eating disorders and substance use.
Akansha Naraindas considers a new review which offers insights to support the evaluation and restructuring of services for people with comorbid severe mental problems and substance use conditions.
