Paul has a BSc and MRes in Psychology. He is currently a Research Fellow at the University of York and works on the Closing the Gap Network: Health and Wellbeing Cohort to address health inequalities in severe mental health illnesses (SMI), as well as a student mental health cohort. Previously Paul worked in NHS secondary care trust as a mental health Research Coordinator, primarily in SMI. This involved coordinating NHS research and recruitment/data collection for studies.
